At Cayelus, we want to ensure you get a good night's sleep, and that includes feeling confident about your purchase. We believe in the quality and effectiveness of our products, but we understand sometimes things just don't work out.

Try it Out! 14-Day Minimum: We recommend using your merchandise for at least 14 days to experience the full benefits of its adjustable support.

45-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If after 14 days you're still not happy, no worries! You have 46 days from the purchase date to return your merchandise for a full refund (minus any applicable shipping fees).

How to Make a Return:

Return Information: To expedite your return, please include your Order Number or the Name and E-Mail Address used when placing the order.

Damaged Items:

Report Within 72 Hours: If your merchandise arrives damaged, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery. Send an email to holla@ovlbrands.com with a clear photo of the damage.

Our Promise: We'll review your request and determine if you're eligible for a free replacement. Please note: wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by normal use is not covered by our policy.

After that timeframe, your order may already be processing and we may not be able to accommodate your request.
